Key Responsibilities:
- To acquire new Business / Sales in designated territory
- Develop client relationship and maintain satisfaction levels
- To manage the entire BD / Sales process for designated territory
- To sell Precise Research services with client-centric approach & purpose
- Build and utilize your existing network to sell the services
- Represent the organization in various seminars and conferences in your territory
- Pre-sales support e.g. RFP response, Client query handling etc.
- Maintaining pricing matrices & conversion targets
- Maintain visibility on business lifecycle i.e. from RFP/RFQ stage to Smooth project execution and final Deliveries
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / Post graduate with 5+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Business development or Account management in the market research or BPO/KPO organizations
- Experience in handling international clients/projects
- Experience in marketing content creation & campaign management
- Knowledge in web-based/digital marketing
- Strong management skills, ability to drive and motivate others towards desired results
- Excellent written/oral communication & Presentation skills
- Know-how on online market research business & processes
- Team management experience will be preferred
