INTRODUCTION

Survey was about Print Management includes related functions such as copy/scan/fax, and includes the conversion between paper and electronic documents.
Target Group was ITDM’s and BDMs having good knowledge of organization’s print/copy/scan/fax infrastructure, including technology, processes, policies and third party vendor relationships.Targeting IT, Operations, Procurement and line of business professionals who are familiar with their organization's print and document infrastructure .
There were quotas on Company Size (1-99),(100-499),(500-999),(1000+) and industry verticals Healthcare, Financial, Manufacturing, Education, Govt and others.
Each Company size had a quotas of 125 completes each and industry verticals quotas were as follows – Healthcare(100), Financial Services(100), Manufacturing(100), Education(70), Govt.(70) and Others(70)


CHALLENGES

The challenge included delivering exact industry quotas and within required company sizes and matching the company size quotas as well.
No per-identified respondents who are using Multi-Function Printers and BPS in their organizations.

APPROACH


  • We planned our sample –out go properly as per the local time to make sure we could get optimum response from the niche audience group.
  • Additionally, we maintained effective incentive structure for this B2B audience group to avoid any drop outs.
  • We used pre-screeners to identify respondents based on type of printers they are using in their organizations.

Outcome

Project was successfully delivered and client was satisfied with the data quality.
